A contract for the new college campus in Nuneaton town centre has finally been signed.
Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council and North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College have been locked in talks over the campus off Abbey Street. for months.
The borough council owns the building, which includes a new restaurant, and the college will rent it.
