We're thrilled to be hosting our first Repair Cafe on Saturday 18th October, which is International Repair Day!
Repair Cafes are a global movement of volunteers coming together to fix broken items, rather than throw them away. The idea is to promote sustainability and community. All for free.
'What can I bring?'- anything you can carry! Think bikes, jewellery, clothing, small electrical items, toys, etc. All electrical repairs receive a PAT check and you'll get advice from our repairers on how to do your own repairs!
If you have skills to share and are interested in volunteering for this or future Repair Cafes then get in touch with by emailing stephenjames.currie@hotmail.com
*Our repairers are skilled and experienced volunteers fixing for FREE, if they cannot fix an item they will advise you of other alternatives. Proper care and use of the item once it leaves the repair cafe is the responsibility of the owner and they are to take reasonable measures to ensure their own safety. Please note we are unable to repair microwaves
