Nuneaton Lantern Parade 2026

Sunday 13th December 2026 | 4pm–6pm | Nuneaton Town Centre

Get ready to light up Nuneaton! 🏮✨

Following the success of last year’s event, the Nuneaton Lantern Parade is back for 2026 – and this year, we’re planning to make it bigger and better than ever!

Join Nuneaton BID for a magical festive afternoon as the town centre comes alive with glowing handmade lanterns, music and Christmas cheer.

🏮 Get involved in the Lantern Parade

Everyone is invited to be part of the parade. Throughout November, we’ll be running a series of FREE lantern making workshops, giving the community the chance to get creative and make their very own lantern to bring along on the day.

Places at the workshops will be limited, so keep an eye on the Nuneaton BID social media pages for booking information.

Whether you make your own lantern or simply come along to watch the parade, we’d love to see you there!

🎄 Carols Around the Christmas Tree

This year, we’re adding even more festive spirit to the event with carols around the Christmas Tree, led by the Salvation Army.

Gather with family and friends, sing along to some favourite Christmas carols and enjoy the atmosphere as we celebrate the festive season together in the heart of Nuneaton.

✨ Bring the Community Together

The Lantern Parade is all about bringing people together and celebrating our town centre community. We want to fill the streets with light, creativity, music and Christmas spirit – creating a special evening for families, residents, businesses and visitors to enjoy.
